Manages Messes

The Smocket is a full-sleeve bib (a.k.a smock) with a crumb catcher on the front (or pocket). It is designed to hold all the mess your kid can throw at it, which means less crap for you to deal with.

Stays Put

With a snap to secure it at the neck and a tie closure to ensure it stays put at the waist, you can rest easy knowing that you will not be provoked into a rage when it falls off for the one millionth time, like their stupid booties.

Multi-purpose

Dinner time. Arts and crafts time. Basically any time you think your kid might get messy is the perfect time to pull out the Smocket. Which, let’s face it, is pretty much ALL THE TIME.

Ain’t nobody got time for fussy laundry.

Machine Washable

As parents we don't have time for delicate products that are Hand Wash Only. No problem here with the Smocket. Toss it in the laundry and walk away. It comes out practically brand new and dry from the washer. Air dry or throw it in the dryer on low for 10 mins. Grab that cold coffee and rejoice!

Is your baby about to start solids?

The smocket has got you (and your kiddo) covered!

From purees to baby led weaning, kids are so good at wearing their food. Your child might decide that finger painting with yogurt is better than eating it. Sit back. They say avocado on eyebrows and banana on the back of the head is all the rage - toddlers these days,

I tell ya! Drink your cold coffee and let them.

Have a tiny Picasso?

A smocket is a parents dream

While we can’t guarantee that your sweet petite Da Vinci won’t paint your walls, couch, and family pet, we can promise that they themselves will remain as pristine as a sidewalk in Singapore.

You are underestimating the joys of free labour.

Let your kids earn their keep

Good news for new parents...your kids want to help you in the kitchen and garden, so let them. Let your babies get their hands dirty. Who knows maybe they could cook you a full meal by the time they turn 4? Use our Smockets to make sure that they don’t get grubby. And it is never too early to make them start. That is why the Smocket comes in two sizes: 6-18 months and 18-36 months.

It doesn’t matter if your baby is enjoying some food, some fun, or a combination of both (my son is convinced that marinara is great for wall murals), the smocket means you will be spared at least some of the mess.

Newbie Guide

Our Smockets are made of a combination of printed and solid-coloured PUL - that means that they are working overtime to keep your babes outfit squeaky clean while they're doing everything they can think of to be as messy as possible.
Yes! The material used will keep shirts dry and clean through even the most wet messes.
Small is recommended for little ones 6-18 months old, and Large is recommended for 18-36 months. Both sizes have elastic wristbands and a tie up back to easily fit on babies of all shapes and sizes!
Hand washing is preferable, but tossing it into the washing machine on a cold or warm cycle is alright too. Avoid using hot water. Hang to dry only.

My little guy is teething, so much drool and his shirt underneath was still dry hours later! We have a bunch of bibs but this one is my favourite to put on him

Thanks so much for your lovely review! I’m really glad to hear that the SpitSaver Bandana Bib is doing such a great job for your teething little guy. I know teething can be a real drool-fest, so it’s awesome to hear that the bib is keeping his shirt dry and making your life a bit easier!
I totally get how finding the right bib can be a game-changer, especially during those messy moments.
Warmly,
Marziya

Much better quality than store

I buy this style of bib as gifts all the time but this is the first time I bought from Lil helper- I’m so impressed with the quality and packaging! I know my friend will them- they seem much softer and more absorbent than others I have bought from other companies before too!

Hey Lox!
Thanks so much for the love! I’m thrilled to hear that our bibs are hitting the mark for you. We put a lot of heart into making sure they’re soft, absorbent, and just a little bit stylish too. I’m really glad the quality and packaging impressed you. I bet your friend will be over the moon with them!
And if your friend ever needs a bib for an epic spaghetti dinner, they’re all set!
Warmest wishes,
Marziya

Great bibs!

Awesome bibs for baby led weaning and purée eating (we’re doing a mix of both)! The pocket actually catches the food! The elastic cuffs around the wrists are great. Super impressed with how well these wash…even with a wipe down after meals, food is smooshed in the sleeves, but comes out of the wash looking new. My only complaint and reason for 4 stars is that the neck sizing is really big for a 6 month old…on the smaller snap, it still leaves a gap, so food can sneak onto baby’s shirt. If there was a third snap for a smaller neck option, I think that would solve the problem!

I’m thrilled to hear that the Smocket is making baby-led weaning and purée time a bit less messy and that the pocket and cuffs are doing their job. It’s awesome to know that even after a messy meal, a quick wash leaves it looking brand new!
I totally understand about the neck sizing—it can be tricky with those little ones. I’ll make sure to pass along your suggestion about adding a third snap to the team. We want to make sure our Smockets are as snug as a bug in a rug (or at least as snug as they can be with all the messes!).
Warmest wishes,
Marziya

Just what my niece needed!

My sister mentioned bibs not being useful because spit slides down the waterproof bibs or soaks into the cloth and into baby’s clothes. When I saw these I had to buy for my niece, and they are the best! We put the colorful side out occasionally but mostly put the charcoal side out to soak up the spit and it doesn’t run through to her clothes. 10/10 would purchase again and recommend to everyone!

Hi Kristen!
What a delight it is to know that we can help keep your darling niece comfortable and smiling through every drop of drool! Absorbency + waterproofing is the key we've discovered to helping in most of life's messy moments. And a cute print doesn't hurt too - though, a cute model helps the most!

Worth it

These smockets are a must have especially on the go. I keep mine in the diaper bag. And I no we will get good use out of it in the summer especially with ice cream cones. Babys outfits will stay clean 😀

Hi Briana,
There is nothing more wonderful than reading your kind words about our smocket... except for maybe the joy of a toddler with an ice cream cone in the summer! But since that ice cream cone can also bring some stress and mess.... enter the smocket.
It is awesome to know that we can play some small role in making ice cream days and spaghetti nights easier for families like yours.
Please email delight@lilhelper.ca if you ever need us.
And enjoy every scoop,
